Please note that while my interview coaching services are designed to provide guidance, strategies, and preparation tools to improve your confidence and performance during the promotion process, success is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on a variety of factors, including individual performance, competition, and organisational requirements beyond the scope of this service.

Each booking is valid for one specific interview process or promotion cycle only. Should you wish to receive coaching for a different role or future process, a new booking will be required.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, and any refund issued will be at my sole discretion. I encourage you to provide as much notice as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
